The purpose of this workbook is to provide visibility into "How much effort is required to complete all Jobs that are currently in the "Released" status". 
  1. The primary time dimension on this workbook is the "Job Oper Start Date". For Job Operations where this is not available, the "Job Start Date" is considered the "Job Operation Start Date".
  2. Based on the option selected on the drop down shown below the Bar Chart 1 and Bar Chart 3 will be updated.

  3. The Bar Chart 1 is a Select Period bar chart which provides the option to summarize the measure selected above by Fiscal Year or Quarter or Month or Week or Day

  4. The Bar Chart 2 provides the breakdown of Top Items by Job Qty Backlog.

  5. The Bar Chart 3 is a Dynamic Dimension Bar Chart which provides the option to summarize the measure of choosing by any of the dimensions like WC, WC Department, etc. as shown below.

Standard Machine Hours per Piece as defined on the Job Operations form
Efficiency
Efficiency defined for the Job - Suffix - Operation on the Job Operations form
Fixed Sched Hrs
Fixed Schedule Hours defined for the Job - Suffix - Operation on the Job Operations form
Setup Hrs Required
If the Job Oper Status = Complete (or) if Fixed Sched Hrs <> 0 (or) if Job Oper Qty Complete <> 0 then Setup Hrs Required = 0
If none the above conditions are TRUE then Setup Hrs Required = Planned Setup Hrs * (100/Efficiency)
Machine Hrs Required
If the Job Oper Status = Complete (or) if Fixed Sched Hrs <> 0 (or) if Job Oper Qty Backlog < 0 then Machine Hrs Required = 0
If none of the above conditions are TRUE then Machine Hrs Required = Job Oper Qty Backlog * Planned Machine Hrs/Piece 
Labor Hrs Required
If the Job Oper Status = Complete (or) if Fixed Sched Hrs <> 0 (or) if Job Oper Qty Backlog < 0 then Labor Hrs Required = 0
If none of the above conditions are TRUE then Labor Hrs Required = Job Oper Qty Backlog * Planned Labor Hrs/Piece * (100/Efficiency)
Total Hrs Required
If Job Oper Status = Complete then Total Hrs Required = 0
If the above condition is not TRUE then Total Hrs Required = Fixed Sched Hrs + Setup Hrs Required + Labor Hrs Required + Machine Hrs Required
